An allotment is a commitment for members and, in return, at Pointalls we offer a number of benefits, amongst which are some of the features of our site, which we describe below:
For easier access and convenience, our 150-plus plots are served by both hard and grass surface roadways and provision for vehicle parking in designated areas. Click here to view our site map.
Between plots we have a grid system of grass pathways which both improve access and add to the appearance of our site.
All plots are close to fresh water stand pipes and water storage tanks. A burning site is available for disposing of permitted materials and we have a communal area for members’ enjoyment.

Our trading shed is open for members to purchase a selection of essential quality products. We stock keenly priced compost, fertilisers, canes, accessories, seed potatoes and onion sets. Free to members are supplies of waste compost and woodchip, subject to availability. Click on this link for more information about our trading shed.

Taking an allotment involves responsibilities and Pointalls has adopted a number of practical regulations designed to ensure safe and smooth running of the site, compliance with good horticultural practice and with Pointalls’ obligations to its landlord. Those failing to comply with the regulations will unfortunately risk losing their plots.
A copy of the regulations can be found here.
